Tajik President Emomali Rahmon and Speaker of the Majlisi Milli and Mayor of Dushanbe Rustam Emomali attended the opening ceremony of a new multifunctional complex in the capital's Sino district, according to the presidential press service.
The complex comprises two buildings: a 20-story five-star hotel and an 18-story shopping and office center. The hotel operates under the international Crowne Plaza brand under a 20-year contract with the British company Intercontinental Hotels Group.
The hotel has 124 rooms: one apartment on the 15th floor, 34 suites, 30 junior suites, and 59 standard rooms. The hotel can accommodate up to 150 guests at a time.
The shopping and office center is designed for entrepreneurs and includes modern business spaces from the 1st to the 18th floors. The complex also includes three restaurants, a café, conference rooms, a cinema, a swimming pool, a gym, a beauty salon, and underground parking for 100 cars.
The project was implemented by domestic entrepreneurs with the participation of foreign specialists. The President of Tajikistan noted the high quality of the construction work and the complex's modern architectural appearance, emphasizing the importance of such projects for the development of the country's tourism infrastructure and economy.
