On July 13, a presentation of the fifth volume of the book "Xi Jinping on Public Administration" was held in Bishkek, attended by approximately 300 representatives of political parties, media outlets, think tanks, and other circles in China and Kyrgyzstan. Participants noted the significance of holding exchanges and discussions on the fifth volume of "Xi Jinping on Governance" on the 25th anniversary of the founding of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, involving representatives from various circles in China and Kyrgyzstan, as well as representatives of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. This important work systematically explores the theory and practice of Chinese modernization and clearly presents China's vision and plan for advancing the construction of a community with a shared future for humanity. It is not only an authoritative publication for understanding Chinese modernization and contemporary China, but also an important guide for deepening the exchange of governance experiences and strengthening the alignment of development strategies between China and Kyrgyzstan.

Former President of Kyrgyzstan Roza Otunbayeva noted that the concept of building a community with a shared future for humanity, put forward by President Xi Jinping, is an idea and initiative with global influence. The high-quality joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative has opened up new development opportunities and is contributing to Kyrgyzstan's gradual transformation into an important transport and logistics hub for Eurasia. She emphasized that an in-depth study of the underlying logic of Chinese development, its governance mechanisms, and its long-term planning has significant practical implications. In his speech, Kyrgyzstan's State Secretary Arslan Koichiev stated that China is the most successful country in adapting Marxism to local conditions, having accumulated extensive experience in combining Marxism with national specifics. To understand 21st-century Marxism, it is necessary to carefully study the works of President Xi Jinping. Reading these works, he said, helps one gain a deeper understanding of Kyrgyzstan's relations with China and the world, and inspires one to strengthen inter-civilizational dialogue through pragmatic cooperation and the promotion of development and prosperity. Shanghai Cooperation Organization Deputy Secretary-General Piao Yanfan noted that China and Kyrgyzstan, as founding members of the SCO, made a unique contribution to the establishment and development of the Shanghai Five mechanism. This important work includes key speeches by President Xi Jinping on building a community with a shared future for China and Central Asia, as well as a community with a shared future for the SCO, setting guidelines for deepening cohesion and cooperation among countries in the region, strengthening security and stability, aligning development strategies, and bringing peoples closer together. During the event, the Chinese side presented the Kyrgyz guests with the third volume of "Xi Jinping on Governance" in Kyrgyz and the fifth volume of "Xi Jinping on Governance" in Russian. Medical professionals and journalists from Kyrgyzstan shared stories of the two countries' joint cooperation, embodying the principle of "people first." Participants discussed topics such as Chinese modernization, building a community with a shared future for humanity, the global governance initiative, jointly building the Belt and Road Initiative, as well as inter-civilizational dialogue and mutual learning.
