The Tajikistan youth team has traveled to Issyk-Kul, Kyrgyzstan, to compete in the Central and North Asian Chess Championship. The tournament is taking place from June 30 to July 9 at the Solemar guesthouse in the village of Korumdu in the Issyk-Kul region, according to the Tajikistan Chess Federation.
The competition will feature the strongest young chess players from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and the Russian Federation.


The championship will be an important stage for young athletes in gaining international experience and improving their athletic skills. Tajik chess players will also have the opportunity to represent their country on the international stage.
The Tajikistan youth team included Murodali Saifiyev, Akhmad Saidakramzoda, Dovud Rahimzoda, Akhmad Shamsov, Saidikrom Ikromov, Firuz Isaev, Nazar Gafurov, Iskandar Shorakhmatov, Jaloliddin Ilkhomi, Nozanin Makhmudova and Nukrabonu Kodiri.
The delegation's leader is Saidakhror Kurbonov. The team's coach is Said Milod Musavi.
