Sulton Rahimzoda, Chairman of the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan, held a meeting with representatives of the Malaysian company Mega Fortis Group. This was reported by the press service of the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan.
During the meeting, the Committee Chairman briefed the guests on the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan's investment policy, ongoing economic reforms, the current state of the business environment, as well as the country's investment opportunities and priority projects.
The parties paid special attention to prospects for cooperation in such areas as industry, logistics, manufacturing, trade, development of modern infrastructure, the operation of free economic zones, and the creation of joint ventures.


Representatives of Mega Fortis Group presented information about their activities and experience in the production of personal protective equipment, packaging materials, industrial supplies, logistics, and supply chain management.
In addition, company representatives expressed interest in exploring Tajikistan's investment potential and opportunities to expand their presence in the country's market.
During the negotiations, the Malaysian side also announced plans to establish manufacturing facilities in Tajikistan. This involves establishing the production of protective equipment, packaging materials, and other industrial products to supply the domestic market, with subsequent expansion into regional and international markets.
Following the meeting, the parties confirmed their readiness to continue constructive dialogue, explore practical opportunities for cooperation, and implement joint investment projects in the interests of the economic development of the Republic of Tajikistan.
