Expanding bilateral cooperation in vocational education was discussed at a meeting between Farhod Rahimi, Chairman of the Committee on Primary and Secondary Vocational Education under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, and Luo Yuxiang, Director of Guangzhou Zhizhi Enterprise Management Consulting Company, People's Republic of China.
According to the Committee on Primary and Secondary Vocational Education, the parties discussed the prospects for integrating digital technologies into the educational process, including the use of artificial intelligence. They also discussed developing training in the use of unmanned aerial vehicles and the creation of a technology park.
Meeting participants noted that the introduction of modern technologies can contribute to improving the quality of training specialists who meet the requirements of the digital economy.
During the talks, the parties also discussed expanding academic ties between educational institutions in Tajikistan and China. Particular attention was paid to developing joint educational programs and organizing exchanges of experience between faculty and students.
Following the meeting, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed, providing for expanded collaboration in the fields of Chinese language study, artificial intelligence, and modern technology.
The document also provides for the participation of pupils and students of primary and secondary vocational education institutions in academic exchange programs aimed at studying and completing internships in China.
