On January 27, during a working visit to the city of Istaravshan, Sughd Region Governor Rajab Akhmadzoda inspected the construction progress and operations of several new industrial enterprises, the regional administration's press service reported.
Adl LLC is one of the city's largest industrial enterprises. With the support of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the executive authorities of the Sughd region, the company is introducing new production lines. This project not only creates new jobs but also expands its product range.
Construction is currently underway on a new children's toy production line, which will expand the company's operations. The additional building is being constructed as part of the celebrations for Tajikistan's 35th anniversary of state independence, with the support of the country's top leadership.



The new building will reportedly be 40 meters wide and 72 meters long and will be designed to produce over 10 types of children's toys. The regional governor advised officials and construction workers on the use of high-quality domestic materials and strict adherence to industry standards.
The project is being implemented as part of the country's fourth national goal—accelerated industrialization. The new line will provide permanent employment for up to 30 people.
Adl is a leading industrial company in the city and region, specializing in the production of children's toys, bicycles, furniture, and children's products of various shapes and sizes. Currently, the company produces over 30 products, which are supplied to domestic and international markets.






The production process is organized using modern equipment, and products are exported to Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. Primary raw materials are sourced from China and the Russian Federation.
In 2025, production volume amounted to 299.17 thousand units of output valued at 19.1 million somoni, which is 2.4 million somoni more than in 2024. Growth amounted to 114.4%.
Rajab Akhmadzoda praised the activities of Adl LLC and instructed that additional measures be taken to ensure the company's greater participation in the country's accelerated industrialization. The company's management noted that, in response to the government's commitment, it will continue to expand jobs and expand the volume and range of its products.
The enterprise was created to promptly fulfill the instructions of the President of Tajikistan regarding the production of competitive products that meet international standards. Currently, the enterprise employs 140 people, most of whom are women, who are provided with permanent employment and a competitive salary.
The regional governor also toured the operations of Mebeli Rahim LLC, a company in the Sabriston district that produces furniture and household items in various shapes and sizes, tailored to customer tastes. The production process is fully automated, and the products meet modern standards. The workshop employs 10 local residents and produces up to 15 finished products for the domestic market. The primary raw materials are sourced from Russia.






Istaravshan places particular emphasis on industrial development, which contributes to an annual increase in industrial output. Currently, 106 industrial enterprises operate in the city, and in 2025, industrial output amounted to 1 billion 486 million somoni.
According to officials, Istaravshan enterprises produce textiles, furniture, garments, vegetable oils, cleaning liquids, construction materials, mineral water, footwear, children's toys, bakery products, plastic bags and threads, plastic products, metal containers, cooling liquids, school uniforms, and other products.
