A meeting between Isfandiyor Saadullo, Head of the Communications Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, and Saadi Samadzoda, Director of the Dushanbe Smart City State Unitary Enterprise, was held at the Communications Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan. During the meeting, special attention was paid to the development of the capital's digital infrastructure. Specifically, the discussion focused on providing free Wi-Fi on public transportation, at bus stops, and in parks in Dushanbe.
The parties also discussed the implementation of the "Electronic Map of Dushanbe" project, the temporary placement of mobile phone towers, and measures to improve internet and communications quality in the capital.
In addition, the meeting participants discussed the potential of the Smart City project, its implementation stages, and the distribution of roles among the responsible agencies. The parties expressed their readiness to further expand their cooperation.
