A group fight involving minors was prevented in Dushanbe.

During preventive operations on Borbad Street in the Firdavsi district of Dushanbe, officers from the Juvenile Affairs Unit of the 1st Department of Internal Affairs for the district promptly identified and prevented a group fight between minors. This was reported by the Dushanbe Department of Internal Affairs.

Thanks to the prompt intervention of police officers from both sides, more than 16 minors were detained. During the investigation, a knife was found and confiscated from one of the detainees.

In addition to outreach to the minors, administrative reports were drawn up against their parents in accordance with Article 90 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan. The reports have been submitted to the court for review.

The Dushanbe Department of Internal Affairs has once again appealed to all citizens, especially parents, to strictly monitor the behavior of their minor children, raise them to respect the law and public order, and prevent illegal activities, emphasizing that indifference can lead to undesirable consequences.
