A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the State Institution "Center for International Programs" and King's College London, according to the Center's press service.
The signed Memorandum aims to expand bilateral cooperation in higher education and provides for the creation of favorable opportunities for citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan to study at one of the prestigious universities of the United Kingdom—King's College London.
According to the Memorandum, the parties have the opportunity to establish mutually beneficial cooperation in the areas of promoting educational opportunities, exchanging information on educational programs, the admissions process and student support services, and coordinating issues related to the education of scholarship recipients.
As part of this collaboration, King's College London expressed its willingness to provide administrative and advisory support to students sent to study by the Centre for International Programmes, and also emphasized its interest in attracting talented students from Tajikistan.
During the negotiations, the parties noted that the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding will contribute to strengthening academic ties, enhancing the professional skills of Tajik youth, and developing international cooperation in the field of education.
