22.5 tons of dried fruit were imported from Tajikistan to the Krasnoyarsk Krai of the Russian Federation, according to the regional press service of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor), as reported by the press service of the CIS Executive Committee.
It is noted that specialists inspected a batch of products delivered to the Agroterminal-Tamozhnya temporary storage warehouse by land.
The administration emphasized that, based on the results of an examination conducted as part of state quarantine phytosanitary control, the received dried fruit mixture complies with the requirements in force in Russia and is approved for sale.
It was also reported that this shipment was the third delivery of products exported directly to Krasnoyarsk Krai from Tajikistan since the beginning of 2026.
Previously, another 22.5 tons of dried fruit and 19.8 tons of grapes had already been imported from the republic into the region of the Russian Federation, which also passed all necessary checks and were approved for sale.
Earlier, the Chairman of the Sughd Region, Rajab Akhmadzoda, and the First Deputy Chairman of the Voronezh Region, Danil Kustov, agreed to expand cooperation in agriculture.
It is noted that bilateral supplies of vegetables, dried fruits, vegetable oil, grain, and sugar are actively developing between the regions of Russia and Tajikistan.
