In Khatlon Region, the spring conscription of young men into the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan was fully completed on the first day of the campaign, according to the press service of the regional governor.
According to officials, the conscription plan was fully implemented on April 1. It is noted that a significant number of young men with a strong sense of patriotism were sent to serve in the military.
This is the fourth time since the country's independence that Khatlon Region has met its conscription plan in the first days of the campaign. This figure, it is emphasized, demonstrates the high level of readiness of young people to serve in the country's Armed Forces, as well as the strengthening of educational and patriotic work in the region.






A ceremonial march and cultural program were held in the city of Bokhtar to commemorate the event. New recruits, carrying national flags and patriotic slogans, marched from the regional military commissariat to the stadium of Bokhtar State University named after Nosir Khusrav. Hundreds of volunteers participated in the march, demonstrating their readiness to defend the homeland.
A farewell ceremony for the conscripts was held at the stadium. Khatlon Region Chairman Davlatali Said attended the event and delivered a congratulatory speech to the new recruits. During his speech, he emphasized that service in the Armed Forces is an important stage in the life of every young person and is viewed as a school of courage, bravery, and devotion to the Motherland.




After the official ceremony, the traditional "nongazon" ceremony took place. Parents saw their sons off to military service, expressing their support and blessing.
The cultural portion of the event continued with performances by renowned regional artists. Patriotic songs, dance numbers, and theatrical performances added a festive atmosphere to the occasion.
