On March 31, First Deputy Minister of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan Salomuddin Yusufi met with a group of representatives from the People's Republic of China in Dushanbe. This was reported by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan.
It is noted that in recent years, cooperation between the two countries, along with other vital areas, in the field of healthcare has been developing and achieving significant results.


It was reported that the purpose of the visit of representatives of the People's Republic of China to Tajikistan was not only to discuss current projects, but also to develop further steps for the development of medical infrastructure, including the construction and modernization of medical facilities.
During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on expanding mutually beneficial cooperation in areas of mutual interest and expressed interest in further developing this area.
Following the meeting, a trilateral memorandum of cooperation was signed with the participation of representatives of Behdoshti CJSC of the Republic of Tajikistan, the People's Hospital of the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, and the Xinjiang Sanbao Industrial and Trade Company of the People's Republic of China.
