On January 19, Sughd Region Governor Rajab Akhmadzoda visited the Adrasman village jamoat in Guliston to inspect the progress of improvement and construction work, the regional administration press service reported .
The jamoat is home to over 16,700 people. Residents, together with the executive authorities of the Sughd region and the city of Guliston, are actively involved in improvement and construction work.
Thanks to a collective cleanup and funding from residents of the village of Zarchashma, repairs and reconstruction of the feldsher-midwife station are underway. Previously, the building was one-story and had three workrooms. Residents have now built a second floor with five additional offices, which will improve the level of medical care and provide timely first aid.

The Zarchashma village feldsher-midwife station currently employs one general practitioner, three nurses, and one caregiver. With the opening of the new offices, dental services, circumcision procedures, physical therapy, and pediatric medicine will be added, bringing the total number of offices to ten.
During his visit, the head of the Sughd region emphasized that the health of citizens is the nation's invaluable asset, and the timely provision of medical care is one of the most important tasks of healthcare workers.
The regional leader expressed gratitude to the participants in the improvement work and the village residents for their initiative and provided recommendations for holding high-level events for the 35th anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The regional governor then inspected the progress of improvement work on Rudaki Street in the Adrasman village jamoat, including the construction of a sports field for football, volleyball, and basketball. The field was built at the initiative of patriotic entrepreneurs, and the main work is now complete. It was noted that such facilities help encourage healthy lifestyles among young people and distract them from negative behavior.
A tree-planting campaign was also launched on the main street of the jamoat, with the participation of the regional governor. More than 100 coniferous and ornamental trees were planted during the event. It is reported that greening efforts in the villages will continue.
