A video documenting a conflict between two groups of people has been circulated on several social media platforms. Social media users, having shared the video, have contacted the Khatlon Regional Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD) asking for a legal assessment of the incident. This was reported by the Khatlon Regional Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD).
After reviewing the video footage, the individuals captured in the video were identified and taken to the Bokhtar City Police Department. They were identified as Manzura Rustamovna Turdiyeva, born July 21, 1983, a resident of Bokhtar; Dzhamshed Ramazonovich Turdiev, born February 19, 2003, a resident of Bokhtar; and a minor, Safarzoda Farudun Fayzali, born November 20, 2008, a resident of Bokhtar and an 11th-grade student at Bokhtar Secondary School No. 6.



During the investigation, it was established that Manzura Turdieva, along with her sons, Jamshed Turdiyev and Farudun Safarzoda, had a conflict with a 61-year-old resident of Bokhtar on a public street near their residence. During the conflict, she was insulted, subjected to obscene language, and beaten. As a result of the hooligan actions of Manzura Turdieva and her sons, public order was severely disrupted, the peace of the community was disturbed, and the victim sustained various bodily injuries.
It was also established that the mother and son, Manzura Turdieva and Jamshed Turdiyev, the day after the incident, went to the residence of another 53-year-old resident of the city of Bokhtar, where they insulted and beat her, believing that she had filmed the conflict of the previous day and distributed it on the Internet.
Based on these facts, a criminal case has been opened against Manzura Turdieva and Jamshed Turdiyev, in accordance with Article 237 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, and an investigation is underway. In relation to the minor, Safarzoda Farudun, administrative proceedings have been initiated, and preventive measures have been implemented, in accordance with Article 90 of the Code of the Republic of Tajikistan on Administrative Offenses.
