A tree-planting campaign was conducted in the city of Hisor as part of the state's environmental policy and greening programs. During the event, 1,500 paulownia saplings were planted, which, according to experts, will contribute to improving air quality and the urban environment. This was reported by the Committee for Environmental Protection.



The event was attended by the Chairman of the Environmental Protection Committee, B. A. Sheralizoda, the Mayor of the City of Gissar, J. Nosirzoda, and representatives of relevant agencies. The care of the seedlings was entrusted to the City Department of Improvement and Landscaping.
The Environmental Protection Committee noted that such initiatives will continue on a regular basis, which will expand green spaces in the city and improve the environmental situation.
