A mobile court in Dushanbe brought dozens of parents to administrative responsibility for failing to properly fulfill their responsibilities in the education and upbringing of their minor children. This was reported by the Dushanbe Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The report notes that conducting mobile court hearings aimed at analyzing and examining the illegal and unwanted behavior of minors, as well as the irresponsible attitude of parents toward their upbringing and education, is one of the most effective ways to strengthen the rule of law and public order.

During the mobile court hearing, 43 administrative reports were reviewed, drawn up by officers from the juvenile affairs unit of the Sino District Department of Internal Affairs No. 1. The reports were issued under Article 90 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan against parents for improperly fulfilling their responsibilities in the upbringing and education of minors.
Following the examination of the cases, administrative penalties in the form of fines were imposed on the parents.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs emphasized that such mobile court hearings will continue in the future. In light of the ongoing investigation into the illegal actions of minors, including parents, they urge everyone not to leave their children unattended and to pay due attention to their upbringing and education.
