In 2025, 16 job fairs were held in the Yavansky District, involving 105 businesses and organizations, according to Kurbonali Ibrokhimov, a leading specialist at the District Employment Department.
According to him, 1,752 job seekers participated in the job fairs. As a result, 218 people were hired for permanent and seasonal positions.
Additionally, 313 citizens completed vocational training courses during the reporting period. Upon completion, they received the relevant qualifications, which contributed to their increased competitiveness in the labor market.
As noted by the Employment Department, job fairs and vocational training are aimed at strengthening interactions between employers and job seekers, as well as creating additional conditions for improving the population's standard of living. Work in this area is ongoing.
