The conference noted that the Medium-Term Development Program of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2021–2025 has become a significant achievement in the country's economic and social development, and its final analysis allows for more effective and coordinated development of future strategies.
The purpose of the conference was to discuss the results of the program's implementation, study the practical experience of ministries and agencies, analyze factors influencing economic development, and identify new directions for the next stage of the country's development.
The event addressed key issues related to program implementation in the areas of energy and transport, artificial intelligence development, food security, and the role of telecommunications in the digitalization of the national economy.

To achieve these objectives, the following key goals were identified: increasing energy capacity to 10 MW, annual electricity exports to 10 billion kWh, increasing the share of other renewable energy sources to 10 percent, and reducing electricity losses to 10 percent.
It is reported that, during the years of state independence, 36 state investment projects have been completed by 2025 to implement the country's strategic goal of expanding export potential, with another 18 currently underway.
In the area of food security, it was emphasized that, in order to achieve the strategic goal of ensuring food security and the population's access to high-quality food products, the "Food Security Program of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2021–2025" and the "Food Security Program for 2024–2028" are being implemented, and sectoral programs have been adopted to promote the development of this area.
