Those honored include doctors, medical university professors, researchers, and specialists whose professional work contributes not only to the development of domestic science and healthcare but also to the strengthening of interstate cooperation in the humanitarian sphere. Many of the awardees have lived and worked in Russia for decades, while maintaining active ties to their homeland, participating in educational and charitable initiatives aimed at supporting the Tajik diaspora.
It is noted that such initiatives by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan are aimed at encouraging the diaspora to further contribute to the development of bilateral relations between Tajikistan and Russia, as well as maintaining cultural and professional continuity between generations.
The ceremonies took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere with the participation of representatives of Tajik public organizations, diplomatic and consular offices, as well as Russian colleagues, who repeatedly noted the high professionalism, responsibility, and civic commitment of Tajik specialists.
