In Bokhtar, three young men were charged with administrative offences for their involvement in a brawl, the Dushanbe Department of Internal Affairs press service reported .
A video of an incident involving two women and one man was circulated on social media. Users sent the recording to the Khatlon Regional Department of Internal Affairs, requesting a legal assessment of the incident.
Following the investigation, all parties to the conflict were identified and taken to the Bokhtar police department. They were identified as Mekhrovar Akbarovich Latipov, born in 1995, a resident of Bokhtar and chief accountant of Darz LLC; Tojiniso Dalerdzhonovna Dzhuraeva, born in 2002; and Nilufar Dalerdzhonovna Dzhuraeva, born in 1995. Both women are sisters and reside in the village of Yakumi Mai, Panj rural community, in the Jaykhun district.
The investigation revealed that Latipov offered the women a ride late one evening. The sisters refused and began insulting the driver. A verbal dispute ensued, which escalated into a physical altercation, with the two grabbing each other's clothes.
Administrative reports were filed for the incident under Article 460 of the Code of Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan. The court fined Latipov 10 conditional units (750 somoni), and Juraev 7 conditional units (525 somoni).
