The Supreme Court of Tajikistan and the Dushanbe city courts have been connected to the Unified Electronic Document Management System. This was announced by the Supreme Court's press service.
The department clarified that the courts of the Sino, Ismoili Somoni, Shokhmansur, and Firdavsi districts, as well as the capital's Military Court, are connected to the system ( edo.innovation.tj ). This ensures a full-fledged electronic exchange of documents between Dushanbe courts and other government agencies and departments.
"This process facilitates the widespread adoption of digital technologies, which ensures transparency, efficiency, and effectiveness in the judicial system," the Supreme Court noted.
Connection to the unified system is being implemented as part of the Years of Digital Economy and Innovation Development (2025–2030). The initiative aims to increase the level of digitalization of the judicial system and create conditions for the further implementation of the e-government concept.
