Three Tajik citizens who were in Abkhazia and banned from entering the Russian Federation were returned to their homeland on October 26, according to the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan in Russia.
The return of citizens was carried out on the basis of the current agreement of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), aimed at coordinating migration issues and compliance with the legislation of the participating states.
The embassy noted that the return of citizens took place in strict compliance with international norms and national legislation, ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of Tajik citizens.
