Police officers detained seven people who took part in a group conflict that took place in the village of Sargakh, Sitorai Surkh jamoat, Yavan district, Khatlon region. According to the Khatlon region Interior Ministry Department, the incident, which caused a public outcry, was recorded on video and distributed on social networks.
As a result of the operational and investigative measures taken, the persons captured on the video were identified and taken to the Department of Internal Affairs for the Yavansky District. According to law enforcement agencies, the conflict occurred between two families – neighbors who had a quarrel over minor domestic reasons.
Among those detained are natives and residents of the village of Sargakh: Kodirov Kosim, born in 1953; Solehova Bibigul Mirzoyusufovna, born in 1965; Kodirov Behruz Kosimdzhonovich, born in 2000; Markazoda Sharif Khoshim, born in 1987; Ibodov Benyomin Kosimovich, born in 1987; Markazoda Ibrokhim Saifullo, born in 1997; Boboshoeva Mehriniso Saidmurodovna, born in 1987.
As the department specified, administrative protocols were drawn up against all participants in the incident under Article 460 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan (petty hooliganism).
By the decision of the Yavan District Court, administrative arrest for a period of 5 days was imposed on four citizens – Kodirov Behruz Kosimdzhonovich, Markazod Sharif Khoshim, Ibodov Benyomin Kosimovich and Markazod Ibrokhim Saifullo.
The remaining participants in the conflict – Bibigul Mirzoyusufovna Solehova, Mehriniso Saidmurodovna Boboshoyeva and Kosim Kodirov – were fined in the amount of 7 calculated indicators, which is 525 somoni.
Law enforcement agencies remind about the need to maintain public order and call on citizens to resolve disputes within the legal framework.
