The Tajikistan Olympic team (U-23) held its second friendly match under the leadership of Georgian specialist Levan Khomeriki, FFT reports.
On June 24, our Olympic team played with their peers from Kyrgyzstan. The match took place at the Central Stadium of Gissar and ended with a draw – 0:0.
Earlier in the first match, the Tajikistan Olympic team beat the Indian team with a score of 3:2.
"These were useful matches to test the guys. Before the 2026 Asian Cup qualifying matches, which will be held in September, it is important to play together and develop interaction. We had good moments in the friendly games, but we also need to work on our mistakes," said the head coach of the Tajikistan Olympic team, Levan Khomeriki.
