Employees of the road patrol service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Dushanbe detained the driver of a passenger car of the brand "AION" with the state registration number 3525TT10 for a gross violation of traffic rules. As reported by the Department of Internal Affairs, during the inspection it was established that the woman who was driving did not have a driver's license.
The offender was 27-year-old resident of Dushanbe Mahbuba Idieva. According to the case materials, she was driving a vehicle without the appropriate license, endangering both herself and other road users.
It was also established that the owner of the car is citizen Mukhibullo Abdualimov. Despite the fact that he knew that Idieva did not have a driver's license, he knowingly transferred to her the right to drive his vehicle, thereby committing a gross violation of the law.
Administrative protocols were drawn up against both parties under Article 336 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan (“Transfer of control of a vehicle to a person who does not have a driver’s license”), and the case materials were sent to court for consideration.
“The internal affairs bodies remind citizens that handing over a vehicle to a person who does not have a driver’s license is a serious offense and may result in administrative liability, including deprivation of the right to drive,” the Dushanbe Interior Ministry said in a statement.
Preventive measures to ensure road safety and identify such violations in the capital continue.
