In the village named after Loik Sherali of the city of Penjikent in the Sughd region, as part of preparations for the celebration of the 35th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, a modern three-story hospital is being built, which will soon be put into operation. More than 24 thousand residents of the region will be able to receive medical care in the new institution, the press service of the head of the Sughd region reported .
In addition, large-scale repair and restoration work is being carried out at the city's Shifo medical center, aimed at creating modern conditions for medical care for the population. It is expected that after the completion of the reconstruction, the institution will provide high-quality medical care to residents of the city and district.
In addition to this, a plov cooking center is planned to be built in the same area, which will provide dozens of local residents with permanent jobs, helping to improve the socio-economic situation of the population.
In anticipation of Independence Day, work is underway to improve the Kamoli Khujandi Culture and Recreation Park, where comfortable conditions for leisure for residents and visitors of the city are being created.
