Based on the results of the first half of 2026, the Sino district of Dushanbe significantly exceeded its planned revenue targets for the state and local budgets. This was announced today at a press conference dedicated to the socioeconomic development results of the Sino district of Dushanbe for the first half of 2026.
According to the document, total state budget revenues amounted to 1 billion 377.2 million somoni , which corresponds to 134.4% of the approved plan. An additional 352.5 million somoni was received above the established target.
High performance was also recorded for the local budget. From January to June of this year, the district budget received 267.9 million somoni , or 115.3% of the planned target. Additional revenues amounted to 35.5 million somoni .
As noted in the report, achieving budget targets was made possible by expanding the tax base, growing business activity, increasing industrial production, trade, and services, as well as strengthening controls over the timely payment of taxes and other mandatory payments.
Budget funds are allocated to finance priority sectors, including education, healthcare, social protection, landscaping, road infrastructure development, and the implementation of state programs.
The district's executive authority emphasized that stable budget revenue execution creates the necessary conditions for the further socioeconomic development of the Sino district, the implementation of infrastructure projects, and an improvement in the population's quality of life.
