Over the past six months, more than 7,600 violations of land legislation have been identified in Tajikistan.

In the first half of 2026, 7,661 violations of land legislation were identified in Tajikistan. This was reported by the State Committee for Land Management and Geodesy of the Republic of Tajikistan based on its results for the first half of 2026.

According to the agency, 6,784 orders were issued to correct the identified violations, and administrative materials were drawn up for 6,943 cases .

The total amount of fines imposed amounted to 4 million 247 thousand 125 somoni , of which 3 million 567 thousand 535 somoni have already been deposited into a special account.

In addition, 228 enforcement documents were sent to the Enforcement Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, and 4,945 violations were corrected directly on-site.
