Russian airstrikes in Ukraine's Zaporizhia and Kharkiv regions on June 30 killed two people and wounded 22 others, according to local authorities.
According to Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Russian forces launched seven guided bomb strikes on Zaporizhzhia over the course of an hour and a half. Two men, aged 45 and 62, were killed. Another 15 people sustained injuries of varying severity, including shrapnel wounds and concussions.
Among the injured was a kindergarten security guard, who, according to the regional administration, was also hit. The attack destroyed private homes and damaged an industrial facility, where a fire broke out.
In the Kharkiv region, the town of Bohodukhiv was hit by drone strikes. According to Oleg Sinegubov, head of the regional military administration, seven victims required medical assistance. An apartment building, a store, a gas station, and four cars were damaged.
The day before, on June 29, Zaporizhzhia and Dnipro were also hit by airstrikes. According to Ukrainian authorities, three people were killed and seven others injured in a drone attack on a minibus in Zaporizhzhia. In Dnipro, as previously reported, five people were killed and 28 others were injured.
