The National Library of Tajikistan's "Dawn's Radiance – Book" reading room hosted the latest episode of the intellectual program "Three Questions from Nozanin," produced by the library's user services department in collaboration with the children's and youth television channel "Bakhoriston," the library's press service reported.
Participants in the program included avid readers of the National Library and applicants for the Republican competition "Book, the Radiance of Dawn's Wisdom." The main goals of the event were to promote reading culture, develop a literary worldview, and test the participants' knowledge, erudition, and resourcefulness.
During the program, participants were asked questions across various competition categories. Specifically, they discussed characters from Sadriddin Aini's novella "The Death of a Moneylender," and also participated in quizzes on riddles, proverbs, and tongue twisters.
Participants also demonstrated their knowledge of classical literature, works by Tajik and foreign writers, and authors of famous literary works and poetry. Particular attention was paid to Alexander Pushkin's novella "The Captain's Daughter," for which readers provided detailed answers and recited excerpts.
It is noted that readers from the Farkhor, Temurmalik, and Varzob districts, as well as the cities of Penjikent, Bokhtar, and Rogun, actively participated in the new episode of the program, demonstrating a high level of preparation and a keen interest in reading books and national competitions.
In conclusion, the organizers emphasized that the "Three Questions from Nozanin" program is an important platform for the exchange of knowledge and opinions, promotes the development of thinking among adolescents and young adults, and helps participants prepare for the Republican competition "The Book of Wisdom, the Radiance of Dawn."
