During a working visit to the Dangara district, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon participated in the launch and implementation of several major industrial, agricultural, and infrastructure projects aimed at accelerating economic development, creating jobs, and improving the quality of life.
The head of state officially launched the second phase of the Muosir joint venture. Construction was completed within a year and a half. The facility is equipped with over 20 types of modern equipment and has a production capacity of up to 20,000 tons of finished products per year. It manufactures products used in tunnel construction, mineral extraction, road construction, and vertical well drilling. Raw materials are sourced from both the domestic and international markets. Production processes are fully automated and managed through a digital center.

Four specialized warehouses, meeting international standards, have been built to store finished products. The company currently employs over 150 people, approximately 80 percent of whom are local specialists. To enhance staff skills, a training room is in operation, where employees undergo training with qualified specialists. The company grounds are landscaped and landscaped.
During the trip, the foundation was also laid for the second phase of the "Marmari" poultry farming complex in the Safobakhsh rural jamoat. The project aims to develop breeding poultry, produce hatching eggs, and increase poultry meat production. The second phase includes the construction of 23 poultry farms on a total area of over 36 hectares, along with the necessary infrastructure, including administrative and sanitary buildings, warehouses, roads, and over 10 kilometers of power lines.

The project involves three main areas: breeding poultry (including five poultry houses), maintaining parent stock for hatching egg production (including six poultry houses), and raising meat poultry (including 12 poultry houses). It is planned to produce up to 7.3 million hatching eggs and up to 10,000 tons of poultry meat annually. In addition, more than 5.8 million broiler chickens will be raised annually. The project will create over 200 permanent jobs.

The project includes the installation of modern equipment from leading global manufacturers, as well as automated feed and water supply systems, temperature control, and air purification. To ensure energy efficiency, solar panels are planned to be installed in stages. The use of over 47 units of specialized equipment and machinery is also envisaged. The complex is also planned to become a training center for agricultural specialists.
Furthermore, the President of Tajikistan, together with Dushanbe Mayor Rustami Emomali, laid the foundation stone for a new building for the executive body of the Danghara district. The new administrative complex will be a 12-story modern building, designed with elements of national and international architecture. It will feature a main auditorium seating 650, seven additional auditoriums, offices, a hotel, and a 150-seat cafeteria.

It is noted that the current building was constructed in 1984 and does not meet modern requirements, therefore, the decision was made to build a new facility. The project is being financed by the local budget and local entrepreneurs. Currently, 48 facilities for various purposes are under construction in the district, and in preparation for the 35th anniversary of state independence, more than 530 facilities have already been commissioned, significantly exceeding the original plans.

Continuing his visit, the head of state laid the foundation stone for the construction of the largest trade and service center in the region. The project envisions a four-story building with a basement, which will house convenience and clothing stores, food service establishments, a cinema, and children's entertainment areas.

The project cost over 50 million somoni, and approximately 100 local residents are involved in the construction. Once the facility is operational, approximately 200 jobs will be created. The project is being implemented by a domestic company with the involvement of international partners to ensure it meets international standards.

It is emphasized that the implementation of all these projects is aimed at achieving the country's strategic goals, including accelerated industrialization, food security, development of the service sector, and the creation of new jobs. The projects are also being implemented in preparation for the celebration of the 35th anniversary of Tajikistan's state independence.
