In preparation for the 35th anniversary of Tajikistan's state independence, 1,000 various facilities have been commissioned in the city of Panjakent, representing 101.2 percent of the approved plan. Furthermore, the city plans to build and commission over 200 more facilities, according to the city's press service.
It is noted that the progress of construction of the facilities under construction, including more than 40 multi-story buildings, which, in accordance with the city's general plan, are being built using investments from entrepreneurs, is under the constant supervision of the city's executive authorities.

In this regard, the city chairman, Abdukholik Kholikzoda, together with the working group, inspected the progress of construction of a number of multi-story buildings in the city.
Specifically, during an inspection of the construction of multi-story residential buildings with shopping and service centers on Rudaki Avenue, responsible representatives of the construction companies Mekhru Mukhabbat, Tamaddunofar, Khusravi Sozanda, Sugdiyonsokhtmon, Mahsul, Sada-2017, and others were instructed to complete the construction work to a high standard, ensure attractive exterior cladding for the buildings, and deliver the projects within the established timeframe.

In addition, during the visit, instructions were given to repair the courtyard of the Kohi Loik building, as well as to carry out tree planting and landscaping work in the areas of administrative buildings and roadside areas.
