According to the results of the first half of 2026, the volume of humanitarian aid received by Tajikistan decreased by more than half. This was reported by the Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, summing up its activities for January-June.
According to the agency, humanitarian aid worth a total of $12.4 million was received in the first six months of this year. This is $12.9 million , or 51% , less than the same period last year.
For comparison, in the first half of 2025, the volume of humanitarian aid received by Tajikistan amounted to $25.3 million .
The Customs Service noted that the figures provided reflect the country's foreign economic activity for the first half of 2026.
