In the first half of 2026, Tajik companies signed 416 cooperation agreements with foreign partners at international exhibitions, business forums, and B2B meetings. This was announced today by Chamber Chairman Farkhodshhoh Rahmonalizoda during a press conference summarizing the first half of 2026.
The largest number of documents were signed during domestic and international exhibitions. In total, following their participation in exhibitions, domestic companies concluded 355 cooperation documents, including 90 cooperation agreements, 113 memoranda of understanding aimed at developing Tajik exports, as well as 40 agreements and 103 memoranda of understanding on the sale and purchase of goods.
In addition, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, together with relevant ministries and agencies, organized 57 business forums and trade missions—20 business forums and 37 trade missions in Tajikistan and abroad. These events were attended by 1,002 domestic entrepreneurs, who signed 44 cooperation documents, including 31 sales and purchase agreements and 13 memoranda of understanding.
Another 17 documents were signed following 29 B2B meetings attended by over 1,106 Tajik business representatives. Compared to the same period last year, the number of such meetings increased by 17.
As noted by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, exhibitions, business forums, and business negotiations remain effective tools for promoting domestic products in foreign markets, finding new partners, attracting investment, and expanding the country's export potential.
