In Tajikistan, the Antifraud system rejected over 363,000 incoming international calls in the first two months of operation, which were deemed potentially fraudulent or showed signs of number spoofing. This was announced at a press conference on July 8 by Isfandiyor Sadullo, Head of the Communications Service of Tajikistan.
According to him, the Antifraud system was implemented by the Tajikistan Communications Service to combat telephone fraud. It automatically analyzes incoming international calls and detects signs of number substitution, known as spoofing.
The system was developed with the participation of Tajiktelecom specialists. All mobile operators in the country are currently connected to it.





From May 1 to July 1, 2026, the Antifraud system scanned 436,909 incoming international calls. Of these, 73,831 were allowed to connect.
The system rejected 363,078 calls, or 83.1% of the total number of international calls checked, as potentially fraudulent or showing signs of number substitution.
The Tajikistan Communications Service stated that the Antifraud system is designed to improve user protection against telephone fraud and strengthen the security of mobile communications in the country.
