On April 23, 2026, a meeting was held at the Moscow University of Technology, Communications, and Informatics, Russian Federation, between Major General of Police Sharifzoda Faizali Rahmonali, Deputy Director of the Bureau for Coordination of Combating Organized Crime and Other Dangerous Types of Crime in the CIS, and Tajik students. This was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan.



It is noted that 115 citizens of Tajikistan are studying at this university in various courses.
Before the meeting, the police major general held a conversation with the university's vice-rector, Irina Yuryevna Sidorkina. During the conversation, they discussed issues related to education, student living conditions, internal regulations, class attendance, as well as student interactions and interactions with students of other nationalities studying at the university.
The university administration made some comments, which were subsequently conveyed to students during an open dialogue.
The substantive discussion also included issues of preventing youth involvement in extremist and radical organizations, the need for strict adherence to educational institution rules, timely attendance at classes, as well as requirements for appearance and demonstrating high national culture abroad.
In addition, the meeting participants received instructions from the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, and emphasized the importance of state support and the creation of conditions for young people to obtain an education.
