In the city of Gissar, door-to-door visits have been intensified to monitor the health of patients, according to the press service of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan.
In accordance with the instructions of the leadership of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan on the prevention of diseases controlled through immunization, as well as infectious and non-communicable diseases, employees of the network of primary health care institutions in the city of Gissar conduct door-to-door visits on an ongoing basis.


During door-to-door visits, industry specialists obtain information on the health status of women after childbirth and their newborns and present the relevant information to the management of the city health center.



During door-to-door visits, staff from the primary healthcare network also visit pregnant women, those at risk of pregnancy, and individuals with disabilities. If at-risk pregnant women are identified, they are promptly admitted to the hospital's pregnancy pathology department in collaboration with their local physician or midwife, as well as obstetricians and gynecologists.
