The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Tajikistan has mandated compliance with the requirements of the country's Armed Forces Charter when creating images of military personnel using artificial intelligence programs, according to the Information and Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The Ministry of Defense of Tajikistan appeals to the leadership of city and district executive authorities, ministries and departments, committees, organizations, and institutions, as well as other users of official websites and social media, especially Facebook, to strictly adhere to mandatory military requirements when creating images and other military-themed advertising materials using artificial intelligence.

The department expressed concern that images of soldiers and officers from military units and subdivisions of the country's Armed Forces have recently been circulating online, including on Facebook. These images are designed in various designs that do not comply with the regulations, which contradicts the requirements of the Charter of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The Ministry emphasized that the uniform of the country's military personnel is clearly defined depending on the structure and branch of the armed forces. It features state symbols, including the flag, coat of arms, and the insignia of the corresponding military unit. Domestically, this is a manifestation of respect for national sacred sites, a high sense of patriotism, and honor, while internationally, it serves as a representation of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan.

In this regard, responsible persons are required to ensure that such advertising materials are developed and published with the approval and permission of the relevant authorities.
The ministry's statement does not specify how the approval process should be carried out or what measures will be applied in the event of non-compliance with these requirements.
