In Shahritus, officers from the Department for the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Khatlon Region uncovered a case of schoolchildren violating the rules for visiting computer clubs.
During the investigation, it was discovered that 20 students from the district's Secondary School No. 1 visited the "Cyber Club" computer club, owned by businessman Azimjon Kamolov, during school hours and played Counter-Strike while wearing their school uniforms. By law, visiting such establishments during school hours is prohibited.

The club's director, violating legal requirements for personal gain, allowed minors to attend the club during school hours. The court found Azimdzhon Kamolov guilty and sentenced him to five days of administrative detention.
In addition, administrative protocols were drawn up against the schoolchildren's parents under Article 90 of the Code of the Republic of Tajikistan on Administrative Offenses for irresponsible attitude towards the education and upbringing of children.

The findings indicate insufficient oversight by parents and teachers over children's participation in the educational process. The Ministry of Internal Affairs emphasized that parental oversight and active teacher involvement are key factors in preventing such violations.
Prevention department staff spoke with parents of adolescents and emphasized that joint efforts between families and educational institutions can prevent negative consequences and contribute to the upbringing of a healthy generation.
