Tajikistan and Russia continue to strengthen cooperation in education and science. This was discussed at a meeting between Russian Minister of Science and Higher Education Valery Falkov and Tajik Minister of Education and Science Rahim Saidzoda, according to the press service of the CIS Executive Committee.
The parties discussed issues related to the development of bilateral cooperation in higher education, including the expansion of academic ties, student and faculty exchanges, and internships for specialists to improve their professional skills and the quality of their education.
The meeting noted that cooperation between Russia and Tajikistan in education has a solid foundation. This cooperation includes plans to continue organizing joint educational programs, developing innovative projects, supporting research centers, and strengthening academic ties between universities in both countries.
The parties expressed their readiness to further develop these initiatives and expand educational and scientific ties. They emphasized that such cooperation contributes to strengthening friendly relations between the countries and the development of higher education and science.
