Russian kamikaze drones struck a residential area in Kharkiv on Monday night, destroying a five-story apartment building, according to Oleg Sinegubov, Chairman of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
According to him, the strike was carried out by four Geranium-2 drones. Fires broke out on the first, third, and fifth floors of the residential building, and the floors collapsed. People remain trapped under the rubble.

According to Mayor Igor Terekhov, the fire struck the Industrial District. Fire broke out in two building entrances: in one, the second through fourth floors were ablaze, and in the other, the top floor. Subsequently, the building partially collapsed. According to the mayor, two people were rescued from the rubble alive.
