In the capital of Tajikistan, measures are underway to dismantle illegal retail outlets and small business facilities that have been arbitrarily installed on the city streets. As reported by the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Dushanbe, such actions violate the rules of improvement and negatively affect the architectural appearance of the city.
According to the department's report, during preventive work, employees of the district police departments of the Sino district OMVD-2 identified 10 such facilities organized in violation of the law.

“As a result of raids conducted with the use of specialized equipment, all identified illegal trading points were dismantled,” the Dushanbe Department of Internal Affairs noted.
According to law enforcement agencies, the owners of the said facilities were invited to the police department, where they were given explanatory talks about the inadmissibility of unauthorized placement of trade and service facilities without the appropriate permits.
The capital's Ministry of Internal Affairs reminded that the unauthorized installation of retail outlets in public places violates current legislation, creates a threat to sanitary conditions, and also disrupts the architectural appearance of the city and pedestrian traffic.

Law enforcement agencies call on residents and visitors of the capital to strictly comply with urban planning and sanitary regulations, and in the event of such violations being detected, to immediately inform the relevant services.
The Dushanbe Department of Internal Affairs emphasized that similar preventive measures to dismantle illegal trade and service facilities will continue in other areas of the capital.
