By the decision of the Chairman of the city of Penjikent, Abdukholik Kholikzoda, 60 needy families received land plots for housing construction. The corresponding resolution was adopted on May 29, 2025, as part of the implementation of the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan No. 441 of September 2, 2010.
As reported by the city administration, the issue of providing land plots remains one of the priorities for local authorities and is regularly raised in citizens' appeals. In order to solve this problem and support socially vulnerable groups of the population, a decision was made to allocate land plots to residents of the rural communities of Rudaki, Mogion, Yori, Amondara, Khurmi, Kosatarosh and Farob.
The distribution of plots took place as follows: 6 plots were allocated to residents of the village of Rudaki, 12 to Mogion, 14 to Yori, 6 to Amondara, 10 to Khurmi, 9 to Kosatarosh and 3 to Farob. In total, 60 families received land plots within the framework of this decision.
After receiving certificates of state registration of the provided plots, citizens are advised to immediately begin building housing, which will contribute to the improvement of housing conditions and the socio-economic development of the region.
This measure is part of a comprehensive policy of city authorities to support those in need and develop urban infrastructure.
