As a result of checking the appeal of one of the citizens, employees of the Department for the Prevention of Juvenile and Youth Crime of the Department of Internal Affairs for the city of Dushanbe revealed a fact of antisocial behavior of a group of students. This was reported by the press service of the Department of Internal Affairs for Dushanbe.
As established during the inspection, a group of 11th-grade students from Secondary Comprehensive School No. 37 in the Sino District organized a trip to the city of Nurek without permission. In Nurek, the teenagers organized a so-called hookah party and visited computer clubs, spending time playing online and gambling games.
In addition, the minors recorded their actions on video and, out of boasting, published the recordings on social networks, which caused a wide public outcry.

"Based on the results of the investigation, administrative materials were drawn up against the parents of the minors. All parents were summoned to the internal affairs agencies and officially warned about the inadmissibility of repeating such cases of improper upbringing of children and negligent attitude towards their behavior," the UMVD noted.
The department emphasized that such behavior by minors is a violation of moral standards, rules of public order and the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also harms their moral development.
The Dushanbe Department of Internal Affairs reminded that issues of preventing crime among minors and young people are under the special control of law enforcement agencies, and work in this direction will continue together with educational institutions and the parental community.
