Iranian authorities are calling the Israeli side's claims that they launched missiles at Israeli territory after the ceasefire came into effect untrue, Interfax reports, citing Iranian media.
According to their data, the General Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces in a short message assured that Iran had not launched any strikes on Israel in the last few hours.
Earlier it was reported that the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) recorded rocket launches from Iran into Israel after the ceasefire came into effect. Residents were advised to seek shelter in a safe place if they received an alarm message.
Following this, Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz said that the Israeli military would give a "decisive response" to the strikes.
On the night of Tuesday Moscow time, US President Donald Trump announced the entry into force of a ceasefire between Israel and Iran.
This was later confirmed by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who noted that Israel had achieved its goals in the operation to strike Iran.
