Over the past two days, Dushanbe police officers have recorded six cases of violations of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the regulation of traditions, celebrations and ceremonies." This was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the capital.
According to the department, citizens were wasteful when holding various events, ignoring the established norms. Administrative protocols were drawn up against the violators under Article 481 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tatarstan. The materials were sent to the court for consideration and adoption of appropriate measures.
The Law “On the Regulation of Traditions, Celebrations and Rituals” is aimed at preventing excessive spending and preserving the family budget, however, despite regular reminders, cases of its violation continue to be recorded.
