Isfandiyori Sadullo, Head of the Communications Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, visited the head office of MegaFon Tajikistan and held meetings with the company's executives and employees.
During his visit, the Head of the Communications Service met with the company's team and studied the methods by which customer service allows the operator to stay in touch with subscribers around the clock, and also inspected the equipment of the operational and technical management department, which monitors the network's operation.
In addition, the Head of the Communications Service discussed further development plans with the company's management and, along with this, recalled the wise policy and noble initiatives of the Founder of National Peace and Unity – the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the respected Emomali Rahmon on the effective implementation of modern innovative technologies, the development of the digital economy and providing the population with high-quality electrical communications. The need to coordinate further activities with the goals set by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan was also noted.
During the visit and meeting, the main focus was on the level and quality of mobile communications services, especially the quality and speed of the Internet, finding solutions to citizens' requests, and a number of other relevant issues were also discussed. It was emphasized that increasing the level of accessibility of modern digital services for all residents of the country is a common task. In this regard, an important condition can be considered the timely elimination of problems arising at the local level and the processing of citizens' complaints. High responsibility of telecom companies is the key to economic development, to the social integration of citizens of the country in modern conditions.
