A group of 11th-grade students from one of the capital's schools organized an unauthorized party in the recreation area of the Varzob district, as a result of which their parents were brought to administrative responsibility. This was reported on Thursday by the Department of Internal Affairs for the city of Dushanbe.
According to information from law enforcement agencies, minor students from comprehensive school No. 80 in the Sino district held a mass event in honor of the end of the school year on the territory of a private recreation area owned by citizen Aminjon Safarov.
"The event was organized without notification and adult supervision, which is contrary to current regulations. Moreover, for the purpose of bragging, minors recorded what was happening on video and published it on the social network Instagram," the UMVD noted.

During the investigation it was established that the owner of the recreation area, Safarov, provided teenagers with the opportunity to hold a party, guided by personal financial gain, despite the age of the participants.
In connection with the incident, all participants, as well as their parents, were summoned to the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Dushanbe. They were given preventive talks and were told that such actions were unacceptable.
"Administrative protocols have been drawn up against the parents of the minors under Article 90 of the Code of the Republic of Tajikistan on Administrative Offenses. The materials have been submitted to the court for an appropriate decision," the police emphasized.
Law enforcement agencies called on citizens, especially parents, to pay more attention to the leisure time of minors and reminded them of the inadmissibility of children participating in events without adult accompaniment.
