During the operational-search activities, the police established that two men, 39 and 37 years old residents of the B. Gafurov district, employees of the poultry farm of the Devashtich district, on preliminary recommendations without registration with the tax authorities, were engaged in illegal entrepreneurial activity – breeding broiler chickens, and used electricity without an electric meter, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan reports.
In accordance with the law on violations and calculations of energy saving without an electricity meter, this workshop, according to the installed capacity of the current receiver and the number of hours of operation of the subscriber, is 14,040 kW, and the amount of damage caused to the “Electric Networks” of the Devashtichsky district is 11 thousand 258 somoni.
A criminal case has been opened against the suspects with the addition of Part 1 of Article 253 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan and the investigation is ongoing.
Also, during the inspection it was established that a 39-year-old local resident living in the Ganchi jamoat of the Devashtich district held the position of head of the A. Kadirov dekhkan farm in the Devashtich district. Under an oral agreement, he leased 2 premises of the Center for Additional Education, while illegally using electricity without an electricity meter.
In accordance with the law on violation and calculation of energy saving without an electric meter on the part of the suspect, according to the installed capacity of the current receiver and the number of hours of operation of the subscriber, the amount of damage caused to the "Electric Network" of the Devashtichsky district is 8 thousand 190 somoni.
A criminal case has been opened against the suspect with the addition of Part 1 of Article 253 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan and the investigation is ongoing.
