A festive concert dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War will take place on May 8 on the stage of the Tajik State Academic Opera and Ballet Theater named after Sadriddin Aini. This was reported by the theater administration.
The evening of remembrance and gratitude will open at 18:00. The concert program will feature legendary songs of the war years – "Katyusha", "Dark Night", "Blue Scarf" and other works that became symbols of fortitude, courage and love during the war.
“Victory Day is a holiday with tears in the eyes, and, like every year, our theater opens its doors to everyone who wants to celebrate this day with friends, family and like-minded people,” the organizers noted.
Spectators will be able to enjoy live performances by theatre artists, musical numbers accompanied by a symphony orchestra, as well as choreographic productions.
Tickets can be purchased at the theater box office by phone 221-62-91 or on the website Echipta.tj. The cost of tickets is 50 somoni (parterre) and 30 somoni (amphitheater and balconies).
The organizers invite residents and guests of the capital to take part in the event and together honor the memory of the heroes who gave a peaceful sky to future generations.
